With decades of experience of giving back, ministry, and volunteering, one of Melissa‘s favorite title’s is that she is a servant/leader. Melissa comes with an award winning career spanning the past 35 years in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and a litany of of experience in community leadership, fundraising, and has founded and lead numerous outreach ministries, and a Women's Entrepreneur's Networking Group in San Diego, leading and organizing multiple community events, and bringing women together to "do great good", connect, and give back.

With a motto of “status quo no bueno”, Melissa has a rare combination of professionalism, personability, and the ability to reach just about anybody with her heart and passion to help the lives of the elderly, our dear Veterans, and the homeless, and now working with our youth and teens.
