At ROCK and GLOW, Inc., we are on a mission to empower and uplift our youth and teenage girls like never before. We are dedicated to connecting, mentoring, educating, and inspiring them with a wealth of resources and support. Our movement is all about nurturing the spirit, soul, mind, and body of our beautiful girls. Through our videos, Zoom sessions, GLOW Live podcasts, workshops, and creative classes, we bring together experts from every field to provide guidance and encouragement. We believe in the power of community and collaboration to help our girls shine brightly and reach their fullest potential. Join us as we spread positivity, encouragement, and inspiration to young girls everywhere. Together, we can create a brighter future for the next generation. Rock and Glow

Launching first in San Diego. Connecting like-minded women, with a focus on creating a lasting legacy -and- positive impact upon the lives of our teenage girls.

How We Do This:

By creating a "Network Resource Hub" that can be accessed from EVERYWHERE, at a point, a click, a listen away via LIVE GLOW Streaming, GLOWTalk Podcast, and "ONSITE" GLOW UP-Empowered TEEN events.

Together we are creating a platform like no other, with experts in every field, where OUR YOUTH can go to learn, ask questions, get training, as well as have hands-on opportunities as we grow! Our efforts are rooted in providing opportunities to our youth… other than the screens they hold in their hands, and the peers they surround themselves with.

Our Kids Need Us:

The challenges that our youth and teens face today are like never before. From self harm, to eating disorders, to suicide, school shootings, and drug abuse, and they don’t have a sense of belonging or knowledge of who they are…they could use a place to belong.
